All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). Minimum deposit is ₱100. ap77 does not charge transaction fees, though your payment provider may. Withdrawals require completed KYC and are processed to verified accounts only.
All ap77 bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, game eligibility, and time limits. Bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or use of automated tools to clear bonuses may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ap77 login credentials. ap77 will never ask for your password. Any activity on your account is your responsibility unless you report unauthorized access promptly to our support team.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from use of the ap77 platform shall be subject to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process and, where applicable, the jurisdiction of Philippine courts.

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ap77. By creating an Account, making a deposit, placing a Wager, or otherwise using any feature of the ap77 Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions and agree to comply with them at all times.
If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms, and "you" shall refer to both you and that person jointly. These Terms should be read together with ap77's Privacy Policy and any specific game or promotion rules published on the Platform, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
ap77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. See Section 15 for our amendments policy.
To register an Account and use the ap77 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:
ap77 is committed to strict age verification. During the KYC process, you will be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document — such as a PhilSys National ID, UMID, Driver's License, or Passport — confirming your date of birth. Any Account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately and permanently closed, and any balance will be forfeited in accordance with PAGCOR requirements.
Age Restriction: The ap77 Platform is strictly for persons aged 21 and above. Underage gambling is illegal in the Philippines and violates PAGCOR licensing conditions. ap77 reports confirmed cases of underage gambling to the relevant authorities.
Each User may hold only one (1) Account on the ap77 Platform. Creating duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. ap77 is not liable for issues arising from inaccurate information you provide.
Before processing any withdrawal, ap77 requires Users to complete KYC verification. This involves submitting a valid government-issued photo ID, a selfie for facial verification, and proof of address (such as a recent utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document bearing your address). ap77 may request additional documentation at any time to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ap77 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. ap77 will never ask for your password through any channel. You must notify ap77 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
All deposits to ap77 Accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. ap77 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Accepted payment methods are subject to change; refer to the cashier section of the Platform for the current list.
ap77 does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, your payment service provider may apply their own fees, which are your responsibility. Deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. ap77 will not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Deposits made from unverified or third-party accounts may be reversed and the Account suspended pending investigation.
ap77 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that appears to be linked to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of these Terms. All financial transactions on the ap77 Platform are subject to anti-money laundering screening as required by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations.
Withdrawals may only be processed to payment accounts registered in your own name and matching the identity verified during KYC. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. ap77 processes standard withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days, though GCash and Maya withdrawals typically complete significantly faster.
ap77 applies daily and monthly withdrawal limits to all Accounts, which are displayed in the cashier section. Higher-tier verified Accounts may qualify for increased withdrawal limits. ap77 reserves the right to apply additional verification requirements for large withdrawal requests.
ap77 reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending completion of verification, investigation of suspected fraud or AML concerns, or where a chargeback has been initiated on the Account. Funds under investigation may be withheld for up to ninety (90) days while the matter is resolved.
ap77 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible Users, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programs, and referral rewards. All games available on the ap77 Platform are governed by their respective game-specific rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By placing a Wager, you acknowledge and accept those rules. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail for that particular game.
All Wagers are final once confirmed. ap77 does not accept requests to cancel or reverse confirmed bets. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or error that prevents a game from completing correctly, ap77 reserves the right to void the affected Wager and return the Wager amount to the User's Account. ap77's decision on such matters is final.
For sports betting markets, ap77 follows industry-standard settlement rules. Results are settled based on official scores and results as published by the relevant governing body (e.g., PBA, NBA, UFC, FIFA, PAGCOR for e-sabong). ap77 reserves the right to delay settlement pending official confirmation and to void bets where results remain officially unconfirmed.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ap77 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to PAGCOR or Philippine law enforcement authorities:
ap77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; suspected fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful conduct; chargebacks initiated by the User; multi-accounting; or at the direction of PAGCOR or a competent Philippine authority.
Where an Account is terminated for breach of these Terms or suspected fraud, ap77 may withhold some or all funds in the Account pending investigation. Legitimate balances — i.e., funds not connected with prohibited conduct — will generally be returned to the User's verified payment account following completion of any investigation, subject to applicable legal requirements.
Users may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting ap77 support. Voluntary closure does not prejudice ap77's right to retain records as required by law or PAGCOR regulations.
ap77 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Users. We recognize that a small proportion of players may develop problematic gambling behaviors, and we take that responsibility seriously.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any ap77 intellectual property.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, republish, scrape, or commercially exploit any ap77 Platform content without express prior written permission from ap77. You may not use ap77's name, logo, or branding in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without written authorization.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ap77 shall not be liable to any User for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to: use of or inability to use the Platform; unauthorized access to or alteration of your Account; errors, interruptions, delays, or failures in Platform operation; or any other matter relating to the ap77 service.
ap77's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the ninety (90) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ap77 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times, free of errors, or that any technical issues will be resolved within a particular timeframe. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including relevant PAGCOR regulations and any applicable provisions of the Civil Code of the Philippines.
In the event of a dispute between a User and ap77, we encourage you to first contact our support team, who will attempt to resolve the matter informally within ten (10) business days. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be escalated to PAGCOR's formal complaints and dispute resolution process. Users located in Metro Manila, Cebu, Davao, or any other part of the Philippines have the same access to this process regardless of location.
Where PAGCOR's process does not resolve the dispute, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
ap77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, ap77 will notify registered Users via email, in-platform notification, or prominent notice on the website at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect.
Your continued access to or use of the ap77 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request voluntary Account closure by contacting our support team.
